By making a reservation at Elite Premiere Hotel (“the Hotel”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made directly or indirectly through our website, phone, or third-party booking platforms.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all bookings.
Some rates may require full or partial pre-payment at the time of booking.
Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges (e.g. meals, extras, or damages) will be charged to the guest.
Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available.
Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
Check-out time: by 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional cost and subject to availability.
Behave respectfully toward staff and other guests
Not cause damage to hotel property
Not engage in illegal activity on hotel premises
Comply with health and safety rules
The Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest without refund for misconduct.
Room occupancy limits must not be exceeded.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
The Hotel may conduct occupancy checks at any time.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and public areas.
A cleaning fee may be charged if smoking rules are violated.
Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated (except assistance animals).
The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
The Hotel reserves the right to:
Refuse entry or accommodation
Cancel bookings in cases of misuse or fraud
Change assigned rooms if necessary for operational reasons
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
